24'' frame built in 1960 by Ron Cooper. I bought it as a frame only from Harry Butler in 2002. It had a mangled seat clamp which I managed to straighten. I then had to make a mandrel to recover its round shape. There is a sizeable dent in the down tube. The top tube was almost devoid of paint so had to be rubbed down, the lugs masked and then resprayed in MATT black paint. I then t-cut the matt black and polished it to match in with 'patina' of the frame. Most of the chrome has come off the forks.
